I have been organizing destination weddings since 1999! This is not “combined” experience but the weddings that I have personally organized! Over the years I have built solid relationships with the tour operators in order to provide you with great pricing, flexibility and great support especially during Covid. In the unforeseen event of a major schedule change, hotel closure or wedding requirement changes, it is imperative to act quickly and my relationships and knowledge allow this to happen. Many suppliers offer special incentives, special pricing and group terms exclusive to my groups only.
2) Knowledge of the Destinations, Resorts and Wedding Requirements
I have traveled to many destinations and many resorts personally, in order to provide you with first-hand knowledge. I have met with many wedding coordinators and sales managers myself and have built relationships directly with them. What does this mean for you? Preferred wedding dates and times (sometimes even when no other agencies can get a date), preferred room locations on properties and room upgrades that are not available to other agencies.
